- Cooling system (Refrigeration)
- Air cooled 1set condensers with single stage refrigeration system provided with ozone friendly
- CFC free (R-404A) refrigerant, sealed compressor will be provided for low temperature. The
- Compressor will be mounted with vibration free bushes, All the copper lines are made such as vibration free eliminators, Oil separator Liquid receiver & Filter, well balanced Hi cool (CE approved Condenser fan with safety grill). All the refrigeration components are Pressure gauge,
- High pressure & Low pressure cut off switch, expansion valves etc.. Cooling & Bypass solenoid will be used in the system and defrost solenoid will be used depending on temperature range.
- Heating system Easily removable U-shaped SS sheathed air heaters with brass terminals for long lasting operation connecting with Teflon/Fiber coted wires.
- Interlocking of heating system with air circulation provided for preventing the failure of air heaters, The heaters will be placed in the conditioning plenum such that there is no direct radiation from the heaters on to the test specimen.
- Temperature: 1 no PT100 (RTD) sensor will be used temperature, PT100 sensor made of 304 grade s.s. solid materials, reading on the screen or on the digital controller.
- Door & Gasket
- Robust type chrome finished heavy duty hinges fitted on the right hand side of the chamber with front opening single door, specially designed silicon gasket on chamber and on the door to fit and joint properly interlock inner and outer chamber.
- To close the door suitable size of air tight locking arrangements will be provided.
- Viewing window & Lamp :
- Viewing Window with defog heaters and LED illumination, Multi pane window will consist toughened clear glasses sealed with silicon and separated by spacers to form a completely vacuum window, Suitable lighting will be provided to view the specimen under test.
