Chamber interior:18 SWG 304 grade stainless steel with completely welded finish., sharp edges inside workspace, All the joint are leak proof for prevent air & water leakage.

CNC based made outer body with fine finishing joints without any projection of fixtures, Built in control panel provided on exterior body without any projection.

All Hinges & door locks are stainless steel finish.

Control instrumentation HMI & PLC Programmer:, 7” HMI high resolution TFT provided with program logic controller .

The temperature measuring and control systems provided with PID modules USB port to access the data files on your PC Thought Pen drive, Real time and Temp data, Data to import on excel format.

The entire conditioned air circulates into the workspace to maintain uniform distribution of temperature.

Cooling system (Refrigeration)

Air cooled 1set condensers with single stage refrigeration system provided with ozone friendly

CFC free (R-404A) refrigerant, sealed compressor will be provided for low temperature. The

Compressor will be mounted with vibration free bushes, All the copper lines are made such as vibration free eliminators, Oil separator Liquid receiver & Filter, well balanced Hi cool (CE approved Condenser fan with safety grill). All the refrigeration components are Pressure gauge,

High pressure & Low pressure cut off switch, expansion valves etc.. Cooling & Bypass solenoid will be used in the system and defrost solenoid will be used depending on temperature range.

Heating system Easily removable U-shaped SS sheathed air heaters with brass terminals for long lasting operation connecting with Teflon/Fiber coted wires.

Interlocking of heating system with air circulation provided for preventing the failure of air heaters, The heaters will be placed in the conditioning plenum such that there is no direct radiation from the heaters on to the test specimen.

Temperature: 1 no PT100 (RTD) sensor will be used temperature, PT100 sensor made of 304 grade s.s. solid materials, reading on the screen or on the digital controller.

Door & Gasket

Robust type chrome finished heavy duty hinges fitted on the right hand side of the chamber with front opening single door, specially designed silicon gasket on chamber and on the door to fit and joint properly interlock inner and outer chamber.

To close the door suitable size of air tight locking arrangements will be provided.

Viewing window & Lamp :

Viewing Window with defog heaters and LED illumination, Multi pane window will consist toughened clear glasses sealed with silicon and separated by spacers to form a completely vacuum window, Suitable lighting will be provided to view the specimen under test.

Electrical Components

Single Phase Preventer (SPP) to prevent form single phasing, high and low voltage control, variable set for minimum and maximum output phase sequence to protect form reverse directions of fan motors and compressors,18A/25A/4 pole contactors with 240V AC coil voltage .

Contactors are used for fan motor, compressor & heater main circuit, MCB short circuit trip, Solid- state relays for Dry heater, SMPS & Isolation Transformer for DC supply & Controller supply.

Compressors start Delay Device ,

Safety Features :High/low voltage cutoff single phase preventer provided, Over load relay provided for chamber Motor (3phase protection), Over load relay provided for compressor (3phase protection) ,Oil return device in the refrigeration system to prevent oil flow in lines , Pressure gauge to monitor the refrigerant volume in psig, Status Tower Lamp.
